Mercer played against Furman University on Sunday, April 12, at Sikes Field in Macon, Ga. This was the Bear’s third game in the series against the Paladins. Mercer battled all weekend but only came away with the win during Sunday’s game, the score was 5-4. The Bears’ win broke the Paladins three-game win streak.
