The coronavirus pandemic has brought many changes to Americans. The implication of social distancing has moved most jobs, schools and businesses to an online, virtual format. Everything from business meetings to class sessions are being continued through video meeting sites like Zoom. This transition has been tough for different reasons. Older generations may have to wrestle with new technology, and younger generations with their learning and studying habits. But what about the impact of this change on elementary level kids, the youngest of us all? Elementary school students are at home, sitting on Zoom with their classmates and expected to focus on a computer screen all day. What do these Zoom calls sound like?
