Take a Winter Walk
It’s cold and it’s dark, but winter doesn’t have to be depressing. Get your heart pumping with a winter walk at one of Macon’s walking trails like the one at Amerson River Park. The trails at Amerson are a great place to see nature’s seasonal changes. For those more history focused, the Ocmulgee Mounds have trails that overlook downtown and wind through wetlands, covering thousands of years of history.
