While you’re in bed at 9 p.m. on a Wednesday night, Ms. Traci and her Einstein crew are serving smiles and bagels to students of Mercer University. Einstein Bagel & Bro’s is a fan favorite food spot and is also the only dining option open until midnight on campus. Students and faculty come in and out of the door all throughout the day to grab food in assisting them as they complete their work. Einstein’s is one of few places you can go where you’ll feel welcomed the second you step foot indoors. If you’re new to Macon or even Mercer, I highly recommend stopping by and giving Ms. Traci and her crew shout.
