Legally Blonde the Musical at the Macon Little Theatre

The 2007 smash hit musical based on the 2001 cult film hits the Macon Little Theatre this summer. Sorority president Elle Woods heads off to Harvard Law in the hopes of winning back her boyfriend but instead finds friends and strength in staying true to herself in this toe-tapping musical.

Taco and Tequila Fest at Society Garden

This three-day festival July 22-24 celebrates all things tacos and tequila with two taco trucks, tequila sampling, margarita flights, and specialty tequila-based craft cocktails. It wouldn’t be a Society Garden party without music, so all three days will have featured musical acts.

Anime Movie Night at Hello Boba Cafe

Hello Boba Cafe has become a haven for those who love Asian pop culture. The film for the movie night is still to be decided, (we suggest you call ahead), but the $15 ticket includes entry to the film, a drink and a goody bag.

The Macon Bacon vs. The Savannah Bananas

The Packers versus the Bears, Frazier versus Ali, the Red Sox versus the Yankees, the Bacon versus the Bananas. That last one may have been an overstatement, but the Macon Bacon and the Savannah Bananas have one of the most entertaining rivalries in the Coastal Plains League. It’s a fun summer event for the family at Luther Williams Field.
