Jami Gaudet shares how the Macon-Bibb Transit Authority adapted their schedules and protocols to continue providing service through the pandemic as an essential service, even offering free rides on the fixed routes and premiering a new app called Token Transit.

“This entire time, we’ve followed the science. We’ve followed the data. Everything we did was driven by the science and common sense and courtesy, and I’m really proud of what we did,” Gaudet says, “We are eight months in and we’ve not had one driver that’s had COVID yet.”
