Macon veterans gathered at Linwood Cemetery on Veterans Day to celebrate and listen to the retired Marine Sergeant Isaac Thomas. Sgt. Thomas has come to Linwood for the last seven years to clean the grave of Rodney Davis, an officer in the Marines who was killed in Vietnam and posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.
