The Macon-Bibb County Commission covered a lot of issues in a two-hour pre-commission meeting that included tax breaks for property owners and housing developers, settling lawsuits from deputy-involved crashes and accepting grant funds for juvenile justice and relocating homeless persons living on the streets.
